Nomads on Wheels Membership Guidelines

Mandatory Information & General Notice for All Nomads on Wheels Members .

(Failure to comply with any of the following will result in Cancelation of membership or suspension of membership for 6-12 months)

Nomads on Wheels, is an Motorcycling Club, brings together passionate male and female bikers united by a love for the open road and a commitment to social and environmental causes. Our diverse membership comprises individuals from various professions and backgrounds, bonded by a shared enthusiasm for adventure and a desire to positively impact society.

At NOW, we believe that two wheels can not only connect people but also drive change. We actively engage in social activities promoting environmental conservation and sustainability. Additionally, we launch anti-drug campaigns within our communities to raise awareness and take a stand against
substance abuse. Through our rides and initiatives, we strive to inspire a sense of community, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.”

• MEBERSHIP OF NOMADS ON WHEELS IS FOR ONE YEAR ONLY.

• Every Year we use to Evaluate each members participation and conduct , on these major basis
the next year membership is renewed.

• RESPECT : Respect every member ! Respect each and every participant of the group. Do not pick fights or pass any untoward/unwelcome comments.

• NOMADS CHIEF/FOUNDER & MODRATOR KEEPS FULL RIGHT TO CANCEL ANYONE MEBERSHIPANYTIME.

• NOMADS ON WHEELS IS FAMILY & WE CARE FOR EACH OTHER & WE EXPECT FOR EACHMEMBER

• DISCIPLINE :Should follow all the rules and regulation laid under the Indian Motor Vehicle Act &do not get your self involve in any kind of road rage.

• Club meets and members inputs help us improve the way we function. It’s important that members attend club meets.

• A member needs to do 6 rides apart from the anniversary ride to retain your membership. Members who have been regularly riding with the club for more than 5 years and those
members who are currently located out of station will not be compelled to follow this. However they need to be active on the club forum and contribute to the club in any way possible.

• No Drinking : We do not support riding under any kind of intoxication. If caught the member will expelled immediately.

• Full faced helmets, jacket (preferably riding gear), full length pants/jeans, and boots for the rider
and the pillion and crash guards and mirrors on the bikes are compulsory on rides.

• MAJOR RULE : As a NOMAD we do not encourage/accept/entertain you to be a member of
other motorcycling clubs in the country causing any dual membership issues or conflicts.
Every club has their own culture/rules/bylaws and understanding about riding with other clubs
and as a NOMAD we respect that code.(This is not a rule……it’s just a NOMADS pact we all chose
to abide by any violations result in cancelling the membership permanently).

• NOMADS ON WHEELS IS NOT A PLATFORM FOR JUST TO MAKE CONTACTS.

• Participation in rides and WhatsApp conversation are mandatory.

• CONDUCT : NEVER ARGUE REGARDING ANY INSTRUCTIONS WITH Chief/Moderator or LEADERS .

• If you disagree with something, or if you have a suggestion, have a private conversation

• Nomads on wheels (NoW), who are part of the organizing committee or the Executive Committee of NoW, will not be responsible for any damages, or injuries that occur duing the
course of event/Ride. The Club or the said members will also not be responsible or liable, if there is any dispute of any of the members with anyone within or outside the Club.

• If any Illegal substances or illegal contraband is found in your vehicles by the authorities, you are solely responsible for the repercussions. If any NOW Members finds such material in your
possession, you will be duly reported to the concerned authorities.

• You are free to attend or participate in EVENTS related motorcycling clubs.

• Always Represent & Display your club colors proudly whenever you choose to do so !! Mind it you are a club member not A SOLO RIDER

• Members are advised and expected not to attend, ride and participate in events with those entities(club or individual) that do not respect our club & club guidelines and try to hamper our club image/ members.

• As Nomadian we do not humiliate our own or any other clubs or their members. We live the code of brotherhood across the biking community.

•No gears no ride.

• In case any member is trying to create unrest within the club the moderator has the rights to
expel him/her.

• Chiefs/Moderator’s decision is the final decision.

• In case you do have any doubts or clarifications in the above, please get in touch with the
Chief/moderators.

• WhatsApp Group Post : No one is allowed to post any religious/political/Vulgar message in the group. Only Travelling and Riding related messages are allowed in Group .

IF anyone do not agree or its hard to comply with the rules you are free to Leave the Club.
